Onel Villares comes to GNEC with over 30 years experience in the financial services and lending industry.  Within that time, he also accumulated over 10 years of management experience overlooking sales teams for 2 separate financial corporations. Onel was a co-owner of a mortgage company (Mortgage Masters, Inc) and a co-owner of a financial educational company (My Money University, Inc).

He has spoken many times at conventions nationwide and was Master Certified by Curtis and Associates as a trainer to the trainers. His engagements, presentations, and businesses throughout his career have all been tailored to the financial literacy of minority communities. He has always believed and advocated that financial knowledge combined with entrepreneurship is a life-changing combination.

Onel is now looking forward to working in the non-profit arena with GNEC where he can bring his vast knowledge and experience of finances, underwriting, and business ownership to continue to provide the needed edge for the underserved communities.

Changing an individual’s life financially though smart planning and business ownership does not end there. Its life-altering impact will oftentimes be felt for generations to come.
