Business Builder Loan Program
For business loans requiring in excess of $30,001 and up to $100,000, the GNEC Business Builder Loan Program can help.
- Collateral for the loan will need to be pledged.
- Final decision is determined by an external credit committee.
For loans between $1k and $30k see our DreamMaker Loan Program.
All loans are underwritten using a stress test rate of 10.99% to determine qualification. Upon review we will determine the best funding source for your situation.
