GNEC Trade Fund

GNEC now offers the GNEC Trade Fund. The funding source offers reduced interest rates on loans funded by this program at 5.99%. It is still much lower than loans from traditional sources.

Companies must be:

• Business owners specializing in the housing, commercial, or automotive “Trades” fields.
• Also Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Welders, Brick Masons, HVAC, Elevator mechanics, Diesel mechanics, etc. can apply

Loan Amounts are from $1,000 to $100,000 and are underwritten using a stress test rate of 10.99% to determine qualification.
