What does BackStop Entail?

Here are the tracks each client has access to:


Bookkeeping Services

  • 50 hours of training in Bookkeeping services
  • Access to Quickbooks Online for 1 year
  • Learn to perform monthly review


Business Credit Building Services

  • Better access to business capital
  • Assistance with obtaining higher lines of credit
  • Work towards improved lending rates
  • Help with achieving better cash flow


Branding, Website, & Digital Marketing

  • Learn how to build and design a WordPress website
  • Launch and grow your business' social media presence
  • Track and build customer relationships using a CRM
    (Custom Relationship Management) tool

Why you should donate

Your donations make it possible for owners to participate in subsidized training. This is especially necessary for startups that are often operating on a shoestring budget. Your funds allow owners to get invaluable expertise to develop the back-office administrative and support functions of their business, while building their core business.


Where your money goes

Your dollars subsidize this effective program costing thousands of dollars to just $300 for our selected owners. This opportunity allows for owners to take advantage of back-office services in the areas of administration, bookkeeping, accounting, human resources, technology and other small business technical assistance, offered under the following three tracks.


What past donations have achieved

Our initial goal in 2022 was to offer services to 15 clients which then shot up to 20 clients that same year. As of today 41 businesses have participated in the program. For 2024, with your help, we look to have around 60 new businesses benefit form this service.

Your donation is more important now than ever.

This is a highly subsided program bringing the cost from thousands of dollars to just $300 for our business owners. Your donation supports access to limited spots in the program. For 2024 we hope to increase from 41 spots to 60 for new owners. Your donations will also help launch another track based on the needs of business owners. To do that we need your help now more than ever before.
